Brandon Hirons

With nearly two decades of experience in capital asset management, Brandon ensures KEPR runs as smoothly as the inventories it powers. A third-generation leader in the space, he’s led reconciliation and insurance valuation projects for universities, municipalities, and public entities nationwide. At KEPR, Brandon focuses on building a strong team, streamlining operations, and upholding a culture rooted in integrity. Outside the office, he’s happiest outdoors with his wife and three kids with activities like boating, hiking, cooking, or chasing the next adventure.

Mike Fister

Operations

Mike brings decades of capital asset management expertise to KEPR, with a consulting background that spans cities, counties, school districts, hospitals, and universities. He’s a pro at navigating the many moving parts of public entities, translating real-world challenges into effective, scalable solutions. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated dad cheering on his kids in hockey, dance, figure skating, and lacrosse, and enjoys any chance to unplug outdoors with family.

Mariana Traetta

Customer Success

Mariana brings over 17 years of experience helping universities navigate the complexities of space, cost, and asset data. She’s supported F&A cost proposal development, led RFID-driven inventory initiatives, and advised on ERP transitions to systems like Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft. At KEPR, she ensures our solutions meet the rigorous standards of of our customers. Outside work, Mariana is a triathlete and a proud supporter of the Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs.

Eric Fowler

Senior Developer

Eric brings more than a decade of experience in full-stack development and software architecture to KEPR. A self-taught coder turned mentor, he’s the technical mind behind KEPR’s ongoing optimization and mobile advancements, including RFID functionality. Fluent in C#, .NET, and Python, Eric is driven by clean code and real-world problem solving. When he’s not modernizing KEPR’s tech stack, you’ll find him hiking in Sedona with his cattle dog, Macon.

Stephen Brown

Developer

Stephen brings 10+ years of software development experience to KEPR, including major projects at General Motors and deep expertise in Angular web development. At KEPR, he focuses on building intuitive, high-performance web interfaces that keep our platform clean, fast, and user-friendly. Outside of coding, Stephen trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and balances screen time with board games, video games, and 3D printing.

David Fullenwiley

Business Development

David brings a strong foundation in higher education to his business development role at KEPR. With a background in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth, he understands how to connect client needs with scalable, field-tested solutions. David’s experience with asset data and valuation adds depth to every conversation which helps institutions modernize their inventory processes while aligning with long-term operational goals.
